We're not your average recruiting agency. Tropa was born because our founder figured out there had to be a better, more empathetic way to recruit.

When you're hiring, you want your recruiting team to understand your needs. You've felt as if you were talking to the void before. Well, if there's one thing about us it's we'll really listen to you.

As a candidate, it's frustrating to see companies disregard your time, booking calls you didn't consent to, asking questions that your resumé already answers. We strive to do better for global talent, so we can connect great companies with the right people, and help both thrive.

We're not on a mission to make Tropa a multi-million dollar company. We will only scale as fast as we can manage while upholding our values. That goes for our hiring processes too: we're not running a race here; we're instead listening, and executing on a plan with precision, so time and money are well-spent for everyone involved.
